Terms and Conditions – PlexPoint Subscription

1. Subscription Tiers
• Bronze: View-only access to existing library. No requests allowed.
• Silver: Up to 5 movie requests and 3 TV season requests per month.
• Gold: Up to 7 movie requests and 5 TV season requests per month.
• Diamond: Up to 10 movie requests and 7 TV season requests per month.
• Ruby: Up to 20 movie requests and 15 TV season requests per month. Includes Anime Access.
• Platinum: Up to 30 movie requests per month and 30 TV season requests. Includes Anime Access.

Definition: “1 TV Season” means one complete season of a show, regardless of the number of episodes. Limits apply only to new requests; all existing content in the library remains available without affecting monthly limits.

2. Account Use
• Service is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• “Household” means people living at the same physical address and using the same internet connection (LAN/WiFi).
• Accessing the service via VPN or remote devices outside the household is prohibited.
• Sharing accounts with anyone outside the defined household is not allowed.
• Members may not request content on behalf of other users or accounts.

3. Requests
• Request limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month.
• Unused requests do not roll over.
• Abuse of the request system includes (but is not limited to):
– Repeatedly requesting unavailable titles after being informed.
– Spamming multiple requests in a short time.
– Asking other members to make requests for you.
– Subscribing to a higher tier (e.g., Platinum), submitting large requests, and then downgrading to a lower tier (e.g., Bronze) to avoid limits.
• Minor violations may result in a warning or temporary suspension.
• Major violations (e.g., repeated abuse, deliberate exploitation) may result in permanent termination without refund.

4. Payments & Refunds
• Subscription fees must be paid in full and on time to maintain access.
• Payments are generally non-refundable.
• In compliance with UK/EU consumer law, new subscribers have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of purchase.
• By streaming or making requests during this period, you waive your 14-day right to cancel.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.
• Plan upgrades take effect on the 1st of the following month. Until then, your current plan limits remain in place.
• Downgrades also take effect on the 1st of the following month.

5. Service Availability
• PlexPoint is provided “as is.” Reasonable efforts will be made to keep the service available.
• Downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party restrictions.

6. Termination
• Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms.
• Examples of violations include:
– Account sharing outside household.
– Piracy, uploading, or unauthorized redistribution of content.
– Attempting to hack, bypass limits, or gain unauthorized access (“system exploitation”).
• Minor violations → warning or temporary suspension.
• Major violations → immediate termination without refund.
• Repeated or severe abuse may result in a permanent ban.

7. Service Modifications
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without liability.
• Features, content, or subscription tiers may change without notice.

8. Updates to Terms
• These terms may be updated from time to time.
• Subscribers will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notification.
• Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Age Requirement
• Subscribers must be at least 18 years old, or have verified parental/guardian consent to use the service.

10. Agreement
• By subscribing, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
• If you do not agree, you must cancel your subscription and stop using the service.
